Mr. Kolter is a 65 year old male of Jewish descent who lives with his wife. He presents to the clinic for a check-up. This will be his first physical examination since being hospitalized for bacterial pneumonia at the age of 54. He has recently retired from the paper mill and is coming in at the encouragement of his spouse.
