He nurses want her support respect and her trust in the

I need some help to check grammar on my assignment as follow;

I believe that supervisors use only a particular leadership to manage their staff. My immediate manager's leadership style is transactional leadership. McCarthy and Fitzpatrick argue that a transactional reader uses three prominent factors in managing their subordinates to meet goals; Contingent Reward, Management by Exception, and Laissez-Faire Leadership(2014, p.290). Regarding contingent reward, my manager often suggests bonuses with various conditions and a wage increase. Concerning management by exception, McCarthy and Fitzpatrick point out that transactional leaders regularly involved in the situation to correct their staff's performance by giving negative comments (as cited in Barbuto, 2005). My manager focuses on problems, while she rarely gives compliment or appreciation what the nurses have done well. The manager has often monitored on the follower's behavior and tasks, and if there were any mistake, she pointed out those problems with rude manner. Concerning Laissez Fared Leadership, I believe that I did not have enough guidance from my supervisor.

Transactional leadership is not an effective leadership style. According to McCarthy and Fitzpatrick, to meet the need for the current health care field that required nurses' increased work and multidisciplinary collaboration, leaders need qualities to be " support, empowers, motivates and inspires (2014, p. 287)." At this point, transactional leaders are a long way from a qualified leader for the nursing field. Transactional leaders have an impression of traditional "boss" image (Yoder-Wise, 2015). In this work environment, employees have an understanding that the supervisors are only a decision maker and the subordinates have little or no involved in the decision making process. Therefore, subordinates believe that they are outsiders of their organization. It can result in no staff's loyalty and motivation. Furthermore, transactional leadership relies on organizational power and reward those with high performance and penalize those with poor performance (Yoder-Wise, 2015, P.41). Therefore, the manager focuses on the achievement of goals by negotiating with employees. When the manager can give m aterial rewards to their followers, their relationship exists. Goleman emphasizes emotional intelligence in leadership to be a successful leader (1998). He states the five components emotional intelligence at work; SSelf-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy, and Social Skill. Transactional leaders do not have or minimum empathy on their staffs. Frequent negative feedback and focusing the errors is an example of their lack of understanding. Therefore, leaders do not attain the team' respect. The limited productive goal attainment is undoubted. Furthermore, I would like to ask my supervisor to think what the followers want. The nurses want her support, respect, and her trust in the nurses' ability and beliefs which they want to deliver an optimal care like her. Furthermore, I suggest her to have empathy for members. Everyone has a beginning moment and a hard time as well as she did. I also recommend to increase meetings and foster an environment to collaborate with other staffs to achieve goals together.
