To begin, review the Sample Medical Record PDF document. Then, in your initial post, discuss your initial reactions to the record. Consider the following:
a) Have you ever seen a full medical record before?
b) Did anything surprise you?
c) Were there sections that were unfamiliar? Were any sections familiar?
Respond to at least two of your peers by comparing your initial reactions with theirs. For example: Did you have similar reactions? Do you have any insight to provide your peers on the sections of the record they found surprising or unfamiliar?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
