This paper must be properly paraphrased and have a reference page listing sources. It can have footnotes or endnotes as long as they are properly noted.It must be in MLA format and have proper punctuation. Also a title page, bibliography and table of contents which are included, but are not part of the 15 page research paper that I need.
The format is MLA, Times Roman font. The paper is supposed to b about anything in reference to affirmative actioned in public personnel.
