The Electronic Medical Record Part One: Many facilities and providers have transitioned over to some type of electronic platform for their medical records. They may be totally electronic or a hybrid of both (paper and electronic). This week you are to review how the EHR has impacted patient care, the quality care and access to care. Has the EHR made patient care better or worse?
