Mr. and Mrs. Hart bought an auto insurance policy from an agent representing Farmers Insurance. The policy they bought did not include uninsured motorist coverage. They were injured and suffered losses when their car was hit by an uninsured motorist and were not covered under their policy. They sued the agent (and the insurance company), claiming that the agent had a duty to them as an agent. Are they correct? (Harts v. Farmers Insurance Exchange, 597 N.W. 2d 47)
