This week, you are going to be the "author" of a new science fiction story. First, REWRITE a traditional fairy tale like Hansel and Gretel as a science fiction narrative, using what you have learned about science fiction literature to inform your adaptation. Please submit your "fairy tale" by Wednesday and then briefly comment on at least two other stories. These stories are not meant to be perfect or long-this should be a fun and useful exercise in creative writing.
