2. Using Michael Porter's 5-Forces framework, identify and assess those elements of the specific external environment having the greatest impact on the chosen organisation's ongoing viability.
3. Using the SWOT framework, assess the organisation's current and future sustainability in terms of resource availability and ongoing future organizational capability.
