Great comments, class. There are some good points here - one statement in the case is that "being late on projects only costs the company money". This seems obvious, but is it always true? The link between the triple constraints on projects is important to understand - in your posts, give some examples of how you might control one constraint by changing either one or both of the other two. For example, if a project was over budget, reducing the scope could bring costs back in line.
