Problem: A medical doctor was attending an out-of-town seminar when his wife entered his clinic. His wife later found incriminating evidence which consists of greeting cards, diaries, pictures between her husband and his alleged paramour, and a pair of black thin underwear which positively not belonging to her as his wife. She seized these and asked the court to grant her and her husband legal separation.
