Google co-founder larry page suggested that musks

In effective leadership , comment on the following discussions with reference please:

(1) Elon Musk stands out to me. The Tesla Inc., PayPal, and Space X founding entrepreneur has shown the world how business should be conducted and definitely exemplifies transformational leadership at its finest. The feats he has achieved have been done because he has been able to instill what some would call insane loyalty from their employees: Paypal revolutionized online payments, Tesla Inc. revolutionized the electric car, and arguably the whole automotive industry, and Space X is the first private company to introduce economical(somewhat) means of space travel.

Google co-founder Larry Page suggested that Musk's multidisciplinary business practice should be inspiration to aspiring businessman.

It takes an extremely effective CEO to successfully take a company onto the stock market, and that's exactly what musk did when Tesla Inc. became the first American automobile manufacturer to make its initial public offering since Ford in 1956, opening on the Nasdaq at 17$ a share and closing at 23.89. As of end of closing Oct 31, 2017, that same 23.89$ share is worth US$331.35

Google co-founder Larry Page has suggested Musk's multidisciplinary approach to leadership should be an inspiration to all of us.

(2) Ginni Rometty, CEO of IBM stands out to me as a very effective leader in a corporate environment. Starting her career at IBM as a young woman in the 1980’s in a very male dominated field forced her to be better than the rest through her intelligence, drive and personality.

She worked her way through the company over the last 36 years gaining knowledge and insight along the way. She held a number of roles through the years including leadership positions in sales, marketing and strategy. This experience and determination helped drive her to the role of CEO in 2013.

She continues to drive efforts to grow and transform IBM into the digital age. Ginni is not only focused on business growth, she is also leading IBM’s approach to corporate responsibility.

She is an incredibly bright, driven and socially responsible woman leading one of the largest enterprise businesses in the world. She can stand toe to toe with any CEO and has a proven track record to prove it.
