Reword: Julina had stated that her back is in a little pain and that she has an upcoming surgery for her back, she said she is going to do an infusion from the orthopedic, but wants to change her orthopedic because the one she is in currently does not take her insurance. I asked if she needed me to help find her a new orthopedic and she said she was going to ask her physican when she sees her for a follow up. The follow up from her physicain is for the Ozempic shots that she had been taking for a few months, she hasen't been taking her shots accordingly and forgets so she is now taking the pill.
