2. Case Brief- CIMT: Go to either the BIA or 9th Circuit websites and find an interesting case covering crimes against moral turpitude. Attach and Brief the case proving a short, but well-written case summary. The sites are attached here- both sites have good charts you can use to quickly find relevant cases.
Remember that the case should cover crimes involving moral turpitude and the court's analysis on whether a certain crime is a CIMT.
