Complete the Project Description and Risk Management Planning
My project will involve beginning to end planning and management of a complete remodeling of three bathrooms. Given the hazards involved in redesigning a bathroom, I believe this will fit in well with risk management.
The money, time period, design, and finding the right people to implement the plan come to mind as some hazards.
