Introduction of the essay:-
Over 2000 years ago, Plate wrote (n.d), "All learning has an emotional base." Emotional Intelligence refers to the degree to which someone is able to perceive, control and evaluate and then monitor their emotions.However, the concept of Emotional Intelligence (EI) as well as applying it to the everyday workplace setting is a fairlynew. This self-reflection report will define emotional intelligence and it's importance in the workplace setting as well as reflect on my personal emotional intelligence finding and outcomes.
