Essay: "Video Response"
This essay must be a minimum of 500 words and must incorporate concepts from the textbook and other assigned reading/viewing for this lesson. Each essay must include one or more in-text citations from these sources, with corresponding full references in APA style.
After viewing the snake phobia video, which reflects a classical behavioral approach, complete the following:
a. Identify and give examples of the behavioral techniques used in the video.
b. Give three specific examples of how an REBT therapist would modify the intervention using REBT techniques in addition to or instead of the techniques in the video. In your examples, you must identify and define the new techniques and clearly describe how and at what point in the video you would use the techniques.
c. Explain (from an REBT perspective) why you think adding these techniques would make the intervention more effective.
