I. Religion according to the book is defined as the extension of human society and culture to include the supernatural. In my family from a very young age, like most families from my community, they introduced us (children) to some religion, in my case, Christian religion, to believe in god, and to know what the Christian religion is, however in my family everyone is free to choose and practice the religion that seems best to you, generally speaking, we do not practice any religion as my family used to do, and I say this because since the last generation of my family, we do not carry out most of the traditions, and practices that any religion requires. From my perspective, I think this is because my family no longer has that community that they used to have, so there is no longer a rite of intensification (actions designed to bring a community together, often following a period of crisis) and my family does not feel the need to have a united community, as past generations felt, so the actions that this religion used to require are no longer required today. Not to mention, that before it was only ok if you belonged to a religion, and it was practically an obligation to be a Christian or Catholic, especially in Mexico, and today there is much more freedom and it is not something judged if you decide not to be part of any religion.

II. Azande's documentary talked about the relationship that witchcraft and religion can have, as well as the differences and similarities between the two. In the documentary, we can see that many times people tend to interpret in a wrong way what is really happening because of the beliefs they have, especially religious, and how this affected people who were not religious at that time, which is usually related to witchcraft since people used to believe that if you didn't belong to the one religion you should belong to the other. Some of the time people decided to use these two concepts together, for example, if some person committed some sin from the view of the Christian religion, Christians used witchcraft to determine the truth of the person who was committing the sin. The people of this community had very strong spiritual beliefs, but they were not limited to finding answers from just one religion, on the contrary, they used different religions to find broader answers.

III. Rite of passage is a ceremony designed to transition individuals between life stages. Personally, especially for me, my rite of passage was to graduate from high school since this meant a lot to me, as did my family. I think that in the community in which I live this has a great meaning as well, since for many people after high school is when teenagers become adults. and in a certain way, it is true, since many students become independent, and become more responsible, regardless of whether they continue with their education or not.
