Your team has given you feedback about your new communication policy

Tom- It was too lengthy, you didn't indicate how you would keep us updated, you didn't say what you would do if there were praises, and you didn't pay attention to our questions. You ought to be more specific if you're going to assume our duties.

Anna- I think your presentation was strong. You gave us time to ask questions, were straightforward and knowledgeable, and then responded to them. I felt you did a nice job overall, though perhaps you might have addressed what would happen if there were praises.

Mary- It was alright, but you might have wanted to elaborate more on the effects of both positive and negative evaluations.

1. Assess the feedback, such as if it was positive or negative, whether it related to the presentation's substance or technique, whether it was biassed, etc.

2. Point out any areas in which the presentation could be made better (at least one).

3.  Include any updates to your presentation that you think might be beneficial.
