 Scenario:

Jenny is the Marketing Representative for Trendy Professional Event Planning Ltd., located in Kingston. She is responsible for launching, marketing, and promoting products/services. The job requires her to handle a variety of tasks. One is creating the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion). The company offers a wide range of products and services, including:

- Equipment and audio-visual rental

- Plan and execute event management in:

  • weddings
  • conventions and seminars
  • cultural productions
  • concerts
  • sporting events

Jenny was registering a delegate for a convention being planned by her company when Ann, a customer, walked in and struck up a conversation about her getting married in six months. She was seeking the perfect professional wedding planner to plan her big day. She explains that after visiting five establishments and being not impressed by their promotional skill and knowledge, she was just about to give up. Final, advertisements featuring Trendy Professional came on the television, and she was intrigued by their offering.  Jenny, without hesitation, informed the customer that Trendy Professional Event Planning Ltd. offers a wide range of wedding services and would be delighted to make an appointment for her to return in two weeks, where she and her team would put together a complete package showcasing and promoting the business skills in the selected areas.

Required: Working as a team with Jenny flawlessly promotes the business to make an extraordinary impression on Ann. You are to demonstrate how the team would sell the other products and services offered by the company.

 The following is to be evident in the simulation:
