Deontological and teleological theories of ethics focus on judging a person's actions in order to assess whether someone is ethical. In contrast, virtue-based ethical theory focuses more on the character of the person who is doing the actions in order to judge ethical conduct. To complete this assignment, please do the following:
• Give an overview of what is meant by deontological, teleological, and virtue-based ethical theories.
• Explain which of these types of theories seems to be the most valid way of judging ethical conduct to you.
• Do you think that it makes more sense to judge people by their actions or people's actions according to their character? Explain. Give examples to illustrate and support your discussion.
