Give an example of an action that you did that has both

Soft determinists claim that actions involve a mixture of both free and "unfree" elements (in other words, freedom is a matter of degree). Using Stace's definition of a free act, one could say that your action is free to the degree that you wanted to do what you did, and "unfree" to the degree that you did the action even though you did not want to do it. Give an example of an action that you did that has both free and "unfree" elements. Explain both how the action is done freely, and how the action was not fully free. Was the action more free than "unfree," or vice versa? Explain.
