1. Give an example of a situation from your workplace (it can be a place of either past or current employ) where implementing the participatory technology design process may not be optimal. Carefully explain why you feel this way, and justify your response.

1) Discuss the characteristics of an innovation for which a large firm can be expected to outperform small firm, and one where a small firm can be expected to outperform a large firm.
