Give an example of a database used (either manual - e.g. a hard copy phone book, or automated/computer based) in your daily life (this can be an example of a database in your home or work), and comment on its usability. Describe the basic structure of this database (i.e. is there more than one entity/table?, how many fields are there?, what are examples of these fields? etc.). Be sure and provide an APA style reference either personal or otherwise for your database (see the course FAQs for examples if needed).
