For each proposal,
- Find the source(s) of revenue and how the income will support the program
- Identify the revenue estimating techniques to evaluate amount of revenue for each program
- Find the public's response
- Determine alternative implementations
After evaluation each of the two proposals, make a recommendation on which program your city should implement. Explain why you chose one proposal over the other.
