Gene in chromosome

Assume a gene in chromosome is of Type A or Type B. Suppose that the probability that gene of type A will mutate to type B in one generation is 10^-4 and that gene of type B will mutate to type A is 10^-6. After many generations, what is the probability that the gene will be of type A? Or type B? (Find the stationary matrix.) The stationary matrix I have found is [1.100000101 -0.100000101]. That is, in the long run, the probability that a gene is of Type A is 1.00000101 and of Type B is -0.100000101.
