Gaussian distribution with variance

Find the fraction of all the arrows you shoot that land outside a circle of some radius R0, as a function of R0. Repeat the calculation in the example just given for a three-component vector "v". Each of whose components is an independent, random variable distributed as a Gaussian distribution with variance (sigma)^2. That is, let u denote the length of v and find P(u)du. Graph your answer, try various values of sigma.
