In this short essay you will be asked to find a current news item and reflect on its connection to the post-Holocaust period. What is the connection between the Holocaust, the postwar period and the topic being discussed by the media article? The article does not need to deal directly and specifically with the Holocaust, but your essay should make connections from the course readings to draw parallels and conclusions about the impact of the Holocaust in a wide variety of settings.
