Case Study: Heathrow Case We have discussed in detail the Refurbishment of Heathrow Airport Terminal 1 Project. It involved changing the face of the busiest airport in the world while still in operations with no disruptions to the travelling public. With a large number of complexities, strict budget, deadlines, health and safety risks it was a large scale problematic project.
