1. The implementation plan begins with the identification of the various configuration relationships. Imagine that you are the designer for training the staff at Special K School, a local middle school for emotionally disturbed children. Determine the individuals and groups who would be included in the various configuration relationships. Specify their roles and prioritize their importance to the outcome of the training project Suggest the manner in which the configuration would change if the audience were adult learners versus K-12.
2. Take a position on whether schools should or should not allow teachers to use social media sites in classroom instruction and / or homework assignments. Support your position with examples that depict benefits or drawbacks of social media site inclusion.
