1. Class, as you know from this week's readings strategic planning is a key component that directly impacts the success of any Chief of Police and/or an organization. Imagine you were a Chief of Police in a small mid-west town for the last 10 years. Because of your record of success a large metropolitan city, like Baltimore, MD, hired you as the Chief of Police. With respect to strategic planning, explain in detail how the strategic plans for your former town and your current city might be similar and different.
2 Class, as you know crime impacts not only the victim and the victim's family. From a narrow view that is short list of the criminal justice system. What other organizations in society might be impacted by crime? More specifically, think about other people, organizations, or activities might be impacted by one felony.
