Frictionless surface with initial velocity

An ice block is pushed horizontally on a frictionless surface with initial velocity v0. At some point, it comes to a nearly semicircular bump with a radius R=0.42m and a height h=0.33m above the ground.

a) indicate with v1 the velocity of the block at the top of the bump. What condition must hold for the block to slip over the semicircular bump without flying away?

b) Compute the maximal value v1max that v1 can have in order to satisfy the condition in a).

c) Does the block fly away at the top of the bump if the initial velocity is v0=2.9m/s?
