Freud did extensive research on stuck factors of this theory and deemed that if a child become stuck in today language we would hear often as a period of trauma or loss he or she is unable to fully develop a healthy mind into adulthood. Depending on what stage the child is stuck how would explain to a grown man that he is stuck in the anal phase is tricky....most time it is dismissed and the patent become resistant. What or how would you explain this better?
