Problem: I need help with the formulation of a PICOT question. My research is about the psychological and physical stress among healthcare workers taking care of COVID 19 patients. The novel solution I found was individual counseling and therapy and the alternative solution was support group with coworkers. I have problems also formulating the purpose statement.
