Formulate algebraically the binary integer programming

Question: Healthy on the go, a chain of Swedish restaurants, would like to open restaurants in the United Kingdom. It has identified a section of London that contains 10 neighborhoods and would like to open restaurants in some of those neighborhoods. It recently aired a commercial on BBC Two that said: " Come to Healthy on the go because we will not be very far from you. No matter where you are located, we will have a restaurant either in your neighborhood or in an adjacent neighborhood. That is our promise!" Marketing and operations agree that the number of restaurants opened should be kept to a minimum to keep cost and implementation manageable for the expansion.

a) Formulate algebraically the binary integer programming model that determines how many restaurants should the chain open and in which neighborhoods in order to deliver on its promise?

b) Solve the model using Excel Solver (Provide a printout of the corresponding "Excel Spreadsheet" and the "Answer Report"). Include a managerial statement that describes verbally the optimal solution results?
