DNA:
Create a 3 page Forensic Science related Power Point presentation on the subject of DNA. This presentation is intended to precede a formal paper on the same subject with the below guide lines (for reference only). This Power Point presentation should describe what DNA is, provide a brief history of DNA, reference one famous DNA related case and provide an overall picture of how DNA has developed through the years and where the technology stands today. A few subject related pictures, art work and an overall professionally created presentation using borders, different colors, etc. is required.
Write a 5 page Forensic Science related paper on the subject of DNA. The paper should be double-spaced with 1 inch margins using a 12 point sans serif font such as Arial, Calibri or Veranda. The paper should include the following:
• Clear definition of the topic – not a textbook definition but rather a 1-2 paragraph explanation of the topic
• Why this topic is of interest to you – this should be approximately 1 paragraph
• Overview of the history of the topic
• How it is used today and why this is important
• Include review of at least one case (2-3 would be better). A total of 3 sources are required for citation.
