1. OLFACTORY LOBES -
1 pair, very small, solid, club shaped, separated from each other.
Fully covered by cerebral hemispheres on dorsal side, clear only in ventral view.
Each olfactory lobes consists of anteriro olfactory bulb and posterior olfactory tract.
In shark and dog olfactory lobes are well developed.
Piscian brain with large olfactory lobes is known as nose brain.
Functions - They recieve sense of smell.
