You have to write 3 short papers in the next week. You are putting the first one out there. If You find a good reader than You will be asking them to write the other 2 essays(which will prob be longer).
For this, You need 500 that shows that our law focuses on innocence before guilt and that was the foundation of our legal system.
Therefore, exlclusionary rule should be kept:
- Innocent until proven guilty: our law is structured in a way where a prosecturo has to prove beyoned a reasonable doubt that the person committed a crime.
Please note that there are other arguments, but i just want 500 words aruging over how our legal system is always focusing on innocence over guilt.
