Research what types of job responsibilities public servants perform such as those performed by a local law enforcement officer in a police department, a special agent from a state level law enforcement investigative agency, and a federal law enforcement officer.

Do public servants such as law enforcement officers often have to make sacrifices for their jobs, such as missing family events or holidays?
