For this task, you will explore the theories behind SEL and Mindfulness. You will write a research paper in which you will discuss seminal studies and/or available research on the topics. Include how you would incorporate the SEL skills and mindfulness strategies in your classroom as seamlessly as possible to dovetail with classroom content.
