For this session, after studying the Volkswagen of America case, you are required to participate in this forum by picking a company that you know of and discussing its process for allocating IT budget. You may not know exactly how it works internal to the company, of course, but try to "guestimate" as much as possible. How does the process compare to VWoA's? What are the strengths and weaknesses?
