1. For this project assignment, you will be completing a preliminary design for your solution, including the following items:
a. Overall system configuration
b. Details of products to be used
c. Details ofcommunications required, and equipment necessary for communication
d. Cut-sheets of devices to be used in design.
2. Overall system configuration
a. For this item, put yourself in the mindset of a consultant looking to provide technical information to a client regarding an ITS deployment, but at a level the client will be able to understand. After reviewing this section, a layperson should be able to generally understand how you are planning to lay out your system.
b. Create several figures and corresponding text that explain your overall system configuration. Suggested figures shall include but not be limited to:
i. Aerial annotated with locations of equipment marked (Example 1) last two pages
ii. Conceptual Information Flow diagram (Example 2) last two pages
iii. You may need more than one of each of the above to adequately tell your story. At the end of this section, the reader should have a very clear understanding of what devices will be placed where, and how they will interact with each other.

e. Two page summary of the technology(ies) employed for your solution. This is general. What is it you're going to deploy? How does it work? Why is this the best idea? Use must use figures
