Yes, accidents do happen by there very nature, but from your experience in carrying out an sort of operation for a business, what types of causes do you think create accidents? For instance, while I worked for different airlines, I witnessed employees that had no real interest or noticeable understanding in how airplanes were loaded with cargo. Many of these people were young and immature, and this caused improper weight and balance issues with the aircraft.
