For the Leadership Dares, the focus will be on corporations as well as their leaders that have been in crisis. A list of organizations will be delivered below. Examine the organization from several perspectives and analyze the organization using. The key part of the project will involve learning about and assessing the key features of the organization and its leaders, plus attempting to understand the main issues with which the company seems to be wrestling. Address the universal questions of how the performance of the organization can be enhanced. Note - improvement will signify different things in different organizational contexts.
