Problem -

For Graphene/Semiconductor Schottky Junction, find the equation and draw (using matlab) the current voltage relation for the following cases:

(a) Thermionic emission and thermionic field emission. Is the current flow ballistic? And what is the reflection coefficient that electron experience when they tunnel through the semiconductor and then reach the graphene.

(b) Compare the result from (a) to Landauer formalism and state the differences.

(c) If we increase the number of layers of Graphene N, how would that effect the current voltage relation. Show this using a graph, you can use N = 2, 4, and 6 layers.
