For a case study the patient has the signs of hypothyroidism. She is a 23 year old female, who is over all generally healthy but has struggles to lose weight. She is eating well and exercising but has a body fat of 30% that has remained the same for a year. She says she is constantly tired but It could be from her busy life style. She also, has larger lymph nodes in her neck that she had examined and ultra sounds on that came back normal.

T3: 3.9
T4: 1.3
