C. Fiorina knew she had to reorganize HP. As effective as the plan may have been, it did not receive much support. Why? What might of worked for C. Fiorina? Focus on mutual engagement and shared diagnosis, and her plan to "reorganize HP in order to centralize decision making, revitalize the sales force, trim costs and energize employees."
