Design a flowchart or pseudocode to prepare a property tax report. Input comprises of property type (H-Home, C-Commercial), name of the owner, Home type (N-non-residence, R-residence), Commercial property type (L-land, B-biulding) and the assessed value. The output comprises of property owner, assessed value, tax rate and property tax for each property in the input. Also totals of the given are to be printed at the end of the report:

- Commercial land
- Commercial building
- Total property taxes
