Five percent of the capacity of the line is used for

Consider a T3-type transmission line with a capacity of 44.736 Mbps. Consider that this line is shared using TDM or FDM. When using TDM assume 1) five percent of the capacity of the line is used for carrying control messages that coordinate the sharing of the line; 2) Each user accesses the line using 5 Mbps cable modem; 3) Each of the users accessing the line use an average of 24% of the time available to them. When using FDM assume the T3 line has a bandwidth of 2.8 MHz
a)If this line were shared between several users using statistical TDM what is the maximum number of users would the line support?

b)If this line were shared between several users using synchronous TDM how many users would the line support?
if time allowed, I like to know how to solve below one

c) If each user required a bandwidth of 3.9 KHz and the line is shared between several users using FDM what is the maximum number of users the line would support? d)Suppose there are 120 users, using cable modem connections at the same time.
Find the probability that, at any given time, exactly n users are transmitting simultaneously. (Hint: use the binomial distribution).
e)Assume that the T3 line in the problem is used within a packet switched network. Would you use synchronous or Statistical TDM? Why? Does your answer change if you expect all of your users to use the connection 100% of the time (rather than 24% of the time) available to them?
f)Assume that the T3 line in the problem is used within a connection oriented circuit switched network. Would you use synchronous or Statistical TDM? Why?
