First, take a look at your key ring. How many key swipes do you have from different merchants, such as Giant Eagle, Kroger, the library, the gym, your favorite store? Next, make a list of the online retailers you have purchased items from in the past. Now, how about your favorite search engine? After compiling this list, conduct online research on the privacy policies on at least 6 companies. Analyze data by comparing and contrasting the companies. Write a 1/2 page paragraph on your findings, without copying and pasting information from the retailer websites. Were you surprised about your findings? What did you learn? Will you change your spending habits?
