Make sure to share if these changes reduce calories, change portion sizes, provide for a consumers perception being "healthier", or reduce additives/chemicals. Discuss the thought process that you think the owners or managers went through when deciding on these changes. Include thoughts on the social, financial (purchasing and pricing) and marketing implications of their decision making process.
